Our father-daughter team, Larry and Cassandra Levene, bring with them a mountain of experience and a vast network of contacts. All to help our clients navigate the intricacies of real estate with finesse and confidence. Alpine Homes was founded in 2006. For over two decades, we’ve been championing the Swiss Alps as a desirable and lucrative place to live and invest in – tethering new owners to a sense of adventure and wonder while helping buyers and developers with a full range of property services. Larry Levene has over 30 years of expertise in management and sales. First in the home shopping industry, then the music industry. He’s always had a deep connection to the Swiss Alps – he went to school in Gstaad in the 1960s, where he met life-long friends, and has lived in the region for more than 15 years.

Larry’s international background has given him a keen understanding of different markets and cultural nuances. It’s allowed him to navigate complex business landscapes and forge successful partnerships across borders. It is this love of the Alps and his relationships with the community that has led to the success of Alpine Homes – Larry provides unparalleled insights and personalised guidance to clients looking to buy or sell properties.

The same might be said of Cassandra, Larry’s daughter. Schooled in Villars, and then in hospitality management at the prestigious Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne, she is a multilingual professional in the property industry. Her career has taken her to London, Madrid, Hong Kong and more. There, she spent time selling residential and commercial real estate in these global locations, giving her a diverse perspective on the nuances and demands of different markets and the complexities of high-end property transactions.

Cassandra's ability to seamlessly navigate different cultures and communicate fluently in multiple languages has been a significant asset in her career.
